Usability Testing in the Open

April 11, 2019 by

As part of a research plan, usability testing is key to discover how people really use your site, product or service. If it’s an early prototype, usability testing can help you fix problems before development starts. If it’s an established site, usability testing can help you make adjustments iteratively over the site’s lifespan.

By the end of this session, you’ll run a short usability test, learn how to build a user experience and content strategy culture on campus, understand why it pays to work in the open, and hear applicable examples from both higher education and government.
